Saw a free title rewrite for one ASIN, came back to look at it twice, and never started the connect step.
What is happening
Never connected. No Amazon account, no brand, no ASINs. Everything below is pre-signup behaviour on the free first-change flow.

The product did its job. The first-change run finished in 4m 12s, produced a title and Item Highlights, and the result page rendered with a lift estimate.
onboarding_sessions: has_title, has_highlights, has_brand_name all truePHonboarding:change_continue_click, 21 Jul
Interest is real and repeated. Three separate visits to the result over five days, twice from a different device, and the proposed title was selected and copied on the second visit.

They stopped at the same place every time. Each visit ends on the connect step within 90 seconds of reaching it, and no phone code was ever requested.

Reads as a commitment barrier, not a bug. No errors, no failed requests, and the drop is identical across two devices, so it is unlikely to be something breaking on their screen.

Moments worth reading
- 21 JulMaria Alvarez Entered one ASIN, waited out the full run, read the result for 6m 40s.
- 23 JulMaria Alvarez Returned on mobile, selected and copied the proposed title, left from the connect step after 71s.
- 26 JulMaria Alvarez Returned on desktop, went straight to the result, left from the connect step after 44s.
- Pre-signup activity is keyed by device, so the mobile and desktop visits are only linked because both later reached the same email.
- She may well have used the copied title on Amazon by hand. We cannot see that.
Mock. Fictional brand, invented figures, no connection to prod and no model call.
